Anne Celeste Heche - an American actor who was a part of various genres of film TV, theatre and stage - was an incredibly well-known American. It is possible that one of her agents rejected the offer for her without informing the actress. Glen Larson, who had provided her with the first draft of the script for a role in the television series Battlestar Galactica from 1978, at first, she was chosen. She initially refused the part because the character was not that powerful. Glen then wrote her an even stronger character with Sheba. After reading the first 25 pages of the story The Living Legend she accepted immediately. The film ran for one season.
